Producers rely on coffee for income, alongside cultivating crops like sugarcane, beans, and cocoa. Each cherry is plucked by hand, treated carefully, and left to soak up the sun. Tolima stands tall as a coffee powerhouse in Colombia, boasting not one, but two coffee harvesting seasons each year!
